All the videos featured today are from girl groups that have debuted not too long ago. All are Korean and their ages rage from 14 to 18.

1) Kara - Break It

 Ok, first up - the group I think has the most talent out of all the three ... which isn't saying much ... but we'll get to that. Kara is the new 4-ppl group put out by DSP entertainment ... or DP. Hyori Lee, SS501etc, FINKL etc.

K, and so we begin.

Ooooh, chains - domintrix allusion? But not really because they begin the song with that really annoying english insert all asian popstars think is cool but really just makes you shiver. "you wanna know what I think about you?" ... "You ain't nothin to me" oooh, hardcore. and the last bit, it was all clear until "I'm over all your lies I gihfasodsfj;iufewA honey."

FIRST MOVE: complete lift off DBSG 'O' and they aren't even hot when they do it.

Ooooh, pretty girl, girl in purple stripes straight hair - very pretty.

Ok, so when they filmed it, they did it 3 times.

I think the guy's torture is probably listening to the song. He looks like he's sleeping. They're just POSING with him. There is no fear or arousal at all. I'm disappointed.

Does everyone love the gestures? I love them. "Come on babeh" *feel herself up* - very nice.

I think they tried to make it seem like they can pull off every look in the book, but they can't. It's just not that hardcore if you're wearing breaker-wear and it's all in pink and yellow, and light green .. and Sam thinks there's a duck on one of your caps. It looks like a page from Martha Stewart L iving.

It's just not that ghetto if you have a dance that looks like the hopscotch. Oooh watch 2:14. Grimace! I love that. She's feeling the music.

Just because you wear your cap diagonally, does NOT mean you're ghetto. It just means you can't put a hat on properly.

One girl seems to be able to sing. Girl with the blue cap, the one who looks oldest.

So, the cage, the guy locked up .. they just can't pull it off. The whole empowerment thing, perhaps they are too young? Or maybe they just don't have enough attitude.

So, all jokes aside, I do think they are the most talented out of the new crop of groups. Plus I did like the song, it was cute. I haven' watched their performaces yet, so I can't say whether they really "ARE" talented than the other two. I guess I'm just not that interested.

Ok, their live perf isn't that bad, but not as good as I hoped. They're a girl group. Boys think they're pretty. Voices - nothing stellar, but could sing live and dance. So, they do what they set out to do.

2) Wonder Girls - Irony

Next up, we have JYP's *cue the Rain "J-Y-P"* newest.

Rain's side job, which I find disturbing - anyone? A man ... teaching a group of 14 years olds how to shimmy their hips ... no wait, it's not just any man, it's ... *cue greasy voice* Rain *eyebrow raise*.

Must give props to the fact that this is the only video here with a plotline. Then again, it's a really sucky plot so maybe not.

I didn't have the incentive to go look up the meaning to the lyrics, but this is my interpretation of it. Girl comes home to a house she is sharing with her other underaged girlfriends. *SIGH* "why is my bf such a dog?" no worries! lets hit our spy-kids gear and spy on him. Then take a break from the hi-techy stuff and practice a little voodoo. Then let's go crash what must be an all-ages club where a 25 year old is mackin on another 25 year old.

So ... let's get back to ... dancing!

Must admit, unlike Kara, Wonder Girls actually sound pretty mature. Not talented or anything, but they sound like finkl and baby vox, mature. Reminds me of Swedish pop group, Play.

Then we cut to scene where they are dancing in ... the air. In uniforms that have been retooled ... by who? Stuff by Duff?

Then off to find boy. oooh, gadgets. satellites, oh the suspense. cut to disco dance scene when the old ones are wearing pants and the little ones are wearing miniskirts.

Oh! Dog as secured the target. Am I the only one who would NOT freak out if a dog started walking towards me when I'm in a bar drinking my alchoholic beverages? Hmm, dog ... whooopeeee someone's drunk.

2:00 shimmying down, stripper move makes me realllllllly uncomfortable. Perhaps we're getting to the age when we recognize this kinda thing as disturbing - cause the age to debut hasn't exactly gone up. Perhaps I've just gotten old.

The acting skills are really great in this video. Superb. The short haired girl really creeps me out 4 - 3- 2- 1 raptime!!!

The boob pop thing. I think she's one of the 14 year olds! You thought Britney Spears was bad!! Oh no, 12 year olds will copy that. What about 14 years olds! Pretty soon babies are gonna be grinding all over the place!

who's driving!!! Even if it IS one of the older girls, the max she's got is an N! I pretty sure it's the same rules in Korea right? How can be have 4 passengers, who aren't even SITTING IN THE SEATS. Bad role models, BAD!

3) Baby Vox Re. V - Shee

Remember when Asians were thought of the more conservative of cultures. Apparently, times have changed.

The girl group with the most publicity anticipating the debut - Meet the new Baby Vox. They are Re V. because Re stands for Renaissance, which stands for resurrection ... yes I know, the logic is amazing. V stands for voice.

The vid starts with product placement, shameless advertising. Who's a sponsor? Then to a revision of old Baby Vox songs sent through imaginary speakers. and stops ... and so they debut ...

Dark hallway, with the faces/names thing ... ok makes sense. Stripper shot! Now lets cut to PUSSY CAT DOLL BUTTONS! "I'm telling you tuh ..."

WOW very in your face SEXY CONCEPT (in Kringlish accent)

They also begin with an english intro, but it's brief so not too annoying. Who wants to guess what the director was saying to Ms. white shirt??

"Ok, you are a stripper, but no! don't take your clothes off, just do all the moves without the pole."

Ok, what kind of song is this. "Would you dance would you dance." .... o...k....

Lemme take a picture of me, in my very wasted state. soulful can often get misinterpreted as wasted if you're wearing slutty clothes and in a dark place with bright lights. and ANOTHER product placement. I guess being the second (girl group) does have it's props.

There's a mixed girl in here. And she stands out. Mainly cause she's really very tall ...

I like her. Anyone want to bet the only reason she was chosen was cause of her looks? Of course not! perhaps she can sing!

Pretty standard sexy dancing. Except for the parts where they stop the choreogrphy and do their own seizure like moves.
